Andrew Jolley

Chairman

As the founder of Chase Group, Andrew ‘AJ’ Jolley brings vision and strategy to the company. With over 38 years of experience in the construction industry Andrew has continued to guide Chase Group’s evolution. With an extensive history across corporate management roles Andrew’s style of leadership recognises diversity and personal development as the strong foundations of a company that is looking towards the future. Chase Group’s belief in delivering quality for our projects and our people aligns with his personal philosophy of excellence for the industry.

As Chase Group looks to the future, Andrew ensures we are challenged and inspired to deliver on our business objectives. “I am immensely proud that a company I founded has grown into a workplace for so many people. Tom Simonds

Managing Director

Tom joined Chase Group in 2006 and has been a major contributor to the company’s growth and expansion as an owner, board member and a key part of the senior management team. With a very broad and diverse skillset, Tom lends his expertise where it is most needed within the Chase companies, whether that be converting a major project, reviewing and critiquing design, or analysing programs and construction technique.

Tom is valued as the specialist in project programming and coordination. Tom contributes to Chase Group not only through the award-winning projects that are delivered, but also through identifying our future endeavours and taking Chase Group into its next phase.

Mark French

CFO

Mark joined Chase Group in July 2017, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the areas of taxation, compliance and business management. Previously, Mark worked with Canberra-based mid-tier and Big Four accounting firms and, prior to this, spent 15 years in corporate banking and finance.

Mark’s role as CFO at Chase Group includes all financial aspects within the business - making sure corporate governance practices and processes are followed, working with the various internal and external business stakeholders, and overseeing the accounting team. In addition to his accounting and financial responsibilities, Mark provides strategic advice and direction to the Board of Directors, and is a respected member of all Chase Group companies.

Darren Hill

SHEQ Manager

Darren has a commitment to achieving a safe workplace including supporting business, people and industry. He has a proven track record in assisting large, high performing, multi-disciplinary teams to manage complex SHEQ initiatives and directions.

In his current position as Chase Group SHEQ Manager, Darren provides high level SHEQ advice to the project teams and stakeholders. He ensures the consistent implementation and verification of effective safety, quality and environmental practices and behaviours. He is also responsible for maintaining all company SHEQ systems and certifications including, ACT Government, ISO standards and OFSC accreditations

Simon Faulkner

General Manager
Chase Construction ACT & Stone Living

Simon has brought over thirty years of construction experience to Chase Group. Simon has worked on a range of large and complex projects in various roles that have exposed him to many areas of the construction industry. Throughout his career he has developed a high level of managerial and consultative skills.

Working across a variety of roles he has extensive experience in commercial, retail and residential construction. This includes government, commercial, refurbishment, re-development, and transport and infrastructure.

Greg Oddo

General Manager

Greg’s career within the construction industry spans more than thirty years. During this time, Greg has worked for a number of high-profile construction companies. His portfolio has seen him be involved in a diverse range of projects including a number of Melbourne’s landmark buildings.

Greg has an approachable nature and collaborative leadership style, and has set himself the goal to identify, articulate and promise to deliver client drivers. With an analytical and big-picture mindset, he works closely with his project teams to facilitate the timely completion of projects.
